Unreliable connection and slow performance. Takes forever to see pictures.

Worked fine then stopped. Cant get program to link with MyCloud. Need service desk.

Useable app, but replaced with my cloud app to view photos - so its a secondary app for me.

Like many others, I got a WD NAS to keep my photos on as well as some other files. Yes I can use a different app to auto upload the files however the other app doesnt preview the pics and movies like this one does. This app should upload the file without stripping out any data (which it seems to do) and should allow the end user to put their files into any folder that is setup on the NAS. I can see why folks are very frustrated over this app doing these things. Instead of making something easy for the end user, youve given us a perfect storm for frustration! I dont like Apples pricing however unless this mess can get fixed, I really cant see anything else that will "just work" with iOS devices.

Ive had this app and hard drive for a few years now and have never had the app work properly. Ive just been notified that I need a different app to access my hard drive remotely so I downloaded it. Same problems. Dont buy this if only for the remote access. Not worth it

Last updated in 2014, really? Its worthless. Im very disappointed that WD doesnt support it. Basically, it does not work. Dont waste your time.
