When I first started using it a while back I liked it you can get a preview of the pic compare using the ad cloud app were you have to know the name of the file or wait for it to load l, just on the phone hoping it will work some day

Hi. I love the app. Great being able to have access to my photos anywhere I go. A couple things would be nice though. The big thing, could you add a "mms" button when we want to share a picture via text/iMessage. It would be nice not having to first save it in our photo box then send it via messaging. The second thing, is there anyway you could add more room for longer titles of the folders. They are getting cut off. Also it does not work well When you use AirPlay. Displays only part of the image. Update. Some other users online showed the fix. Hit he arrow on the top right when you open a picture. Click the display button. Why do you not have an Apple TV app yet?

There is great potential with this app. There are a few frustrations with this app, but I am forced to use it since it is linked to the My Cloud storage. First, I cannot view my videos. Second, it limits the viewing of all my photos to certain file types. Really?!? Third, even though Ive attempted to change the file type, the pics still dont show. There are other frustrations that have been stated by others on here, so I wont bother repeating them.

Slow update when files change. Sometimes difficult to connect remotely

The app works great and it is easy to use.

Cannot go beyond the first time setup process (after more than two months). It keeps giving the same error (unable to process photo database). And to contact support you need to register with them or go to a terrible forum for all their products together. Really disappointed with this app.

This app does not work. I cannot sync my mobile devices with the device as it does not bring over all of the photos , and their support cant fix it.

I have 4k pictures on my phone has stopped uploading pictures after 657. I have closed the app and restarted it and again stops at 657. So I powered the phone completely off and turn it back on. The app starts up and begins uploading and at 657 it stalls. I thought maybe 658 was video after 3 hours the app didnt go past 657

I would be lost without it

Good for home use and general work at home. However the interface can be made a bit easier to use. Maybe I need more time with it.

First thing to note is that WD hasnt updated this app since 2014. Seems as if they gave up on it. Second they say it could take time for pictures to appear in the app due to transferring. I have been waiting 3 weeks and still nothing. Initially all of my pics appeared, but recently (Aug 16) pictures are not appearing. Its better just to use the WD2GO app.

This app takes forever to update the folders you add. The WD My Cloud app updates almost immediately. I added photos to my device five days ago and they still dont show up. App hasnt been updated in forever. Guess WD doesnt care about its customers.

It is good exept sometimes it stop and need to restart the wd storeg

Since updating to iOS 10 my device says it lacks authorization for this device. Once I re-add it, it says "device already added" and then when I click the device, it goes to a "first time setup" screen with just a green dot an nothing else to enter or click on. Therefore this app seems non-functional.

I would like the ability to rotate images. Video support also is much needed.

Ive been trying to use this for 3 years. . . It just doesnt work. All I get is never ending spinners for every directory.

I really like this app

Must have app if you actually want to browse the pictures stored on your NAS. Quick access to files from my phone while on my network is great.

I have been using this app for years and it has uploaded backup copies of all of my photos from all of my devices without fail, effort, or error. Thanks for such a great app.

WD Photo doesnt sync with the cloud drive. Ive uninstalled &I reinstalled the app, reboot and let the drive rescan and tried pulling down on the folder list to refresh but for weeks I have not been able to get WD Photo to reflect the most current data on the cloud. I continue to get old data. Files and folders that have been deleted on the cloud drive still appear in WD Photo and new files dont appear. Seems like many others have the same problem.
