To my local device or to mycloud account!

This app is absolutely amazing! Easy to use, access is fast, and it works just as I would expect it to. I have a huge photo collection. After copying all of it to MyCloud, accessing the photos using my iPhone or iPad was very slow. I had to wait anywhere from 20-60 seconds for each photo to appear, even when Im at home, on the same network. Some photos wouldnt appear at all. I was very disappointed. I waited a couple of days, and all works well now. Going from one photo to the next is much faster. (I suspect that the MyCloud software had to build some indexes for the photos.) Anyway, it works great now, and is even faster than ever, since installing the new app update! Im very pleased.

When i first got my MYCLOUD 2tb external drive the WD PHOTOS app worked great. The IOS 9 update completely screwed it up. Cant get anything to come up now. The MYCLOUD app is all that shows pictures but still cant see thumbnails of photos. My rating goes from a 5 to a ZERO.

This app allows me to save my photos and make extra space in my iCloud.

The app stopped syncing and I cannot get it to add the latest folders or photos that I uploaded to our MyCloud EX2. Would be great if it worked as designed. The WD MyCloud app works just fine so its not a problem with the device itself.

Please update, the software has been out of date for years

... But does what it is supposed to.

I see 2 apps which I need to use little confusion. WD photos too slow and should be more organized.

I would like the ability to rotate images. Video support also would be great .

It sees my drive, but now says "No photos found."

It sounds like what I want, but I cant get it to work and cant find support for it. If I can get it to work would gladly give it a higher rating.

Beware read all negitive reviews first they are true

The app alway has some bug, when I login , i cant see all folders,some of them are missing,some of them still losing,but cant see any picture. Please fix the bug soon.my cloud is a great device but the app is not good as I expected.

Should add a feature to delete photos from device after uploading. Also there should be an option for auto backup (maybe at a designated time and when on wifi). App is good for uploading to my WD Cloud drive but it is missing some functionality that makes the app feel incomplete.

A great idea that only partially works in some areas and never works in others.

Sorting needs to be easier and cant see saved videos.

I like the app in general but the fact that it doesnt have an auto upload option drives me crazy. And there is no discernible organization to the pictures that are already uploaded to I have a hard time seeing which ones I have uploaded already.

Have tried to upload 169 pictures 12 times now, still dont see them on my external drive. It all looks like they all transferred but noooooo. Tried to access mycloud from PC and cant find the drive on my network, emailed support, no help what so ever. Gotta look for a better back up because these one is horrible.

WD make hard drives and they should stick to that. Their software while stable is neither intuitive not user friendly. I shouldnt have to be a tach to figure my way through the manual nor should I have to lose information when I upload photos. They have a nice idea but poorly executed.

Well, wont stay connected to drives. Useless for what it was intended.
