Good app, but cant download high resolution picture, as the resolution to download is lower than the actual
Ive had no problems using this app. Great way to have access to my photos without filling my phone or tablet.
Purchased the WD MyBook live storage and the MyNet N900 router and can stream and view all of my content on any iOS device. Picture rendering does take time but once it is done, all of your content is available and when you install the app on a second iOS device, all the pictures are already there - no addition rendering
Is incredible how you can access all your pictures in your hard drive remotely, I travel very often and find very useful the fact that you can access your data every where, is like a Dropbox with the cloud in your house
This app works great for me. Its simple and does what its supposed to. Love the WD Remote app as well. Negative reviews are likely a settings/configuration issue.
Sometimes you need to troubleshoot, like reconnect to device or unplug the power. Being plugged in and online all the time must put a strain on it.
Some bad moments
Never buy a WD My Book Live if you expect to access your media remotely.... Thats all I got to say.
Today this app is not showing the photos anymore. Only the wd my cloud is working. This one, the wd photo, is not working. Can you help me?
App works well using my own wifi networking, but does not work when connected with 3G or others WIFI.
Uploaded photos dates all mixed together when viewed in folder. Cant seem to see new photos for awhile - its like you upload they are not there but next day you can view them.

The NAS itself is amazing and fast, from my other devices (tv, pc) but this app takes sooo long to load pictures when you click on thumbnails, like 20seconds or more!
All I get on my Iphone 5 and Ipad is "photos not found", Im using a 3Tb WD My Book Live
