Would be good if it worked right

First off, I would recommend using the my cloud app over this one. Supposedly it takes a couple of minutes to "transcode" each photo that is added to the NAS before it shows up on app. Problem being I have no idea how that works or why it doesnt work. Good example, I added an entire new folder with photos and after several WEEKS they are still not showing up on this app. Yet these same photos were visible on the my cloud app almost instantly.
