Initial setup crashing

I just replaces all my devices due to a carrier change. None of my new devices is able to be set up with this app. Im able to find my device within network and to login to my web version in it, but the set ip crashes every time on all of them... What can be done? Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing.... I hate not to be able to use my cloud!!!
