Not working as expected. Upload hangs

I can view photos Ive successfully uploaded from my computer app but not much use if the iOS app doesnt let you upload pics off your iPhone (just hangs on a 465kb jpg file). Tried both on an iPhone 5 and iPad air (with latest OS). Sort of useless without this feature. Notified support but got no response.
