Rarely finds new directories or photos

I bought the MyCloud specifically so I could copy photos to it and view them on my iPad. New photos or directories added to the MyCloud take days or weeks to appear, or just never do. They do show up fine in the non photo specific MyCloud app.

When my photos show up, it works well. But it usually fails at its primary purpose.
